Technology is a huge factor and benefit that allows professional development. The three-pronged approaches listed in the book “Development a Connected Learning Model “ call for local community professional learning which is group learning, global networking that can be apps such as TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, etc and last but not least bounded community’s were a group/ community are about to find a middle ground in their interest and can bounce back knowledge and inquiries. Education isn’t now in books as much as it is in the world and that can change a lot in just a classroom so encouraging and incorporating new models of learning methods and strategies for classroom instructions can help identify strengths and weaknesses in students.
